Sneaky Husband

When I woke up the other day and saw my husband on www.direct.tv I knew that he must be up to something. We talked about expanding our package a while ago, but decided against it because we wanted to start watching less TV. We also didn’t want to spend more money on something we felt was unnecessary. I guess my husband wasn’t being completely truthful about agreeing with me on that. Instead of telling me he really wanted to get more channels and that he didn’t care about spending more money, he went behind my back and got the package he wanted. I was shocked that he felt he had to lie to me about something so stupid. If I had known how bad he wanted to up our package I wouldn’t have fought him on it. Did he really think I wouldn’t notice that all of a sudden we had all these new channels? I didn’t get angry at him, to me it was really funny watching him try to hide it from me. I just let him squirm until I thought it was a good time to let him know I knew what he was up to.
