When I woke up the other day and saw my husband on www.direct.tv I knew that he must be up to something. We talked about expanding our package a while ago, but decided against it because we wanted to start watching less TV. We also didn’t want to spend more money on something we felt was unnecessary. I guess my husband wasn’t being completely truthful about agreeing with me on that. Instead of telling me he really wanted to get more channels and that he didn’t care about spending more money, he went behind my back and got the package he wanted. I was shocked that he felt he had to lie to me about something so stupid. If I had known how bad he wanted to up our package I wouldn’t have fought him on it. Did he really think I wouldn’t notice that all of a sudden we had all these new channels? I didn’t get angry at him, to me it was really funny watching him try to hide it from me. I just let him squirm until I thought it was a good time to let him know I knew what he was up to.

I have recently decided to start doing all my home projects myself. I think that it is much less expensive to do my own decorating and renovating. I am so glad that I have direct tv so I can watch HGTV. There are so many shows on this channel that inspire me to start projects around my house. Not only do I get new ideas for my house, but there also so many shows that teach me how to do it myself. I have already renovated my kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and backsplash. I have also repainted every room in my house. I am hoping to add crown molding in my dining room and living room. Eventually I would like to design a nursery for my future children. Once I have the inside of my house remodeled, I am hoping to do some landscaping on in my yard. Fortunately, there are plenty of shows that will give me ideas for this project too. My house is going to look great and I am going to save money!

I think that I have become a hypochondriac. I’m really glad we have satellite internet from http://www.satellitestarinternet.com/, because every time I have any kind of sickness or strange symptom, I look it up on WebMD. I remember one time when I was in college, I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror, and I thought my eyes were popping out of my head. I immediately looked this up on WebMD and found out that I could possibly have Lymphoma. I know that it was probably overreacting, but I had my roommate take me to the emergency room to get it checked out. Thankfully it was nothing, but since then I have always looked up my crazy symptoms on WebMD. I know that my doctor probably thinks I’m crazy because every time I have a physical or appointment, I ask her a million questions about the stuff that I read online and always ask her if she thinks I have any diseases. There has only been one time that I benefited from looking at WebMD and it was when I found a spot on my arm that I looked up and found out that it was skin cancer. If it hadn’t been for that one incident, I would probably stop looking up my symptoms.

A tablet to look at

I was doing some research on tablet computers / mobile devices (tablets) there are a lot of them out there these days. They come in various sizes; the BlackBerry comes with Research in Motion’s, best mobile software. Black Berry Play Book tablets have a variety of memory sizes with from 16 gigs to 64 gigs and with that it gives you a lot of options that you can do.

The camera feature is nice for a tablet, and when in a docking stations, for charging or viewing videos also an HDMI port for linking to your TV to view the tablet screen or viewer HDMI movies. It may not be available yet but will soon come with 4G so the current models are 3G. This tablet will sort of remind you of the video terminals that you might see on Star Trek, to think devices they used in those old TV shows are actually coming to light now.

All in all looking around at tablets this the (Play Book) tablet from Black Berry looks like one of the best, and I looked at the reviews, and it had some very high rankings, and it comes in a price point comparable to other tablets on the market. I will be definitely getting one soon.

I've always been great in the kitchen. I can whip up a dinner with very few ingredients and have a real knack for timing and recipe creation. The one thing I can't do however, is bake. Baking is difficult because it requires so much precision and specific measuring techniques, both of which I have little patience for. I knew it was time to learn, though, when I didn't even know how to make anything for my daughter's bake sale so I signed us up for Clear at Clearwirelessinternet so I could watch some videos online and learn a few baking basics! . I didn’t until this year when I move to NY to help my day with my mother who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. My Mom currently has short term memory loss and that does get irrupting as she asks the same question about 50 times an hour or so it seem and the answer is always the same.

Their quality of life decreases now they have someone to help and they get their medications their quality of life gets better. Another Example of quality of life can be with the shower or bath. If a person can not get a shower or bath with out help the quality of life go’s down now with help it go’s up, the same thing could be for eating or cooking.

Spies in your Computer

Have you ever had spies in your PC? Did you find it hard to get rid of them? I did, it took me several different downloads to get them all cleaned out. To me Spy Sweeper from webroot is a great product. When I was cleaning my system of spy ware I used the free one, and fortunately the free scan was also able to clean the system.

You see I do a lot of surfing and using an auto surf and manual surf programs to gain credits and exchange traffic for page views on several websites and in doing this I received some spy ware on my system. Let me tell you that once you get spy ware on your system it is very hard to get rid of. I was just a few download short of wiping my system out after a backup of all my data and doing a complete reformat and reinstall of all the software on my computer. This is not fun.

Fortunately I found Spy Sweeper from webroot and the free scan they offer took care of all my issues, plus I was lucky that the free scan did take care of all the spy ware that was on my system. Good luck and I hope nobody has to go through with what I had to go through to get a clean computer.

In the 1408 Movie the main character doesn’t believe in the paranormal. Here are the experiences I have had with the supernatural after 2 of my relatives passed away. There was an occasion after my brother died in 1982 that I was sitting alone in the living room at night when lights came on in the hallway and in the bedroom where my brother used to sleep. There was no one home at the time except me. Also my brother’s stereo came on unexpectedly. Another time occurred when the refrigerator door opened and shut on its own and I witnessed that. We still believe that my brother’s spirit is still in the house where my parents are living today. My grandmother died 23 years later in the same bedroom. When visiting there with my family, I have seen a beam of light on the back wall of the bedroom when I awoke from a dead sleep. When my eyes focused, I saw the outline image of my grandmother. I felt like she was there meaning no harm only as a sense of watching over me and her granddaughter. Like I said in the first sentence the main character doesn’t believe in the paranormal but as I can see he starts believing in the paranormal just by watching the trailer of 1408 Movie. If you don’t believe in the paranormal that is ok, but once anyone has some sort of unexplained experience they do start believing. Just like the main character in the 1408 Movie.

First off I weather you get a credit card or not is up to you. But looking at these 2 cards the rates appear to be great. One of them offers 5% cash back on every penny that you spend and the rate that the charge for using the card is under 15% and in my opinion that is not bad. The other card they offer is a gold card and the percentage rate is even lower than 10 percent. Which is not bad but you have to meet the terms that they have to get a credit card with that rate. Well there are several programs out there that are pay to sign up for. I have checked several of them out. The one's that I tried I dont care for. The Reason I dont care for these type of programs is because that when you try to sign up for them you have to sign up for others items also before you will either get the money or free item. so in short you sign up for one item and then you have to sign up for a couple more just to get the one item or money.

Do you have credit cards? I know I do and yes they can get you in trouble. It seems like most everyplace you go they ask you if you want their credit card with instant approval and then you get a 10% discount for that days purchase. Yes that seems like a good deal, but is it?

My Opinion is that too much credit is bad and can in the end lead to someone becoming bankrupt. I have gone that route and it is not fun.

Now for on line shopping where you need a Credit Card for a purchase. Do you really need that credit card? Maybe, maybe not, they might have a bill me option, but if they don’t then you can get one of those prepaid credit cards and you could / will be a whole lot safer.

Best suggestion I can have is review your credit needs carefully and be careful with your credit.
