Well I just closed my account with Cash 4 Offers. For over a year I have faithfully clicked the links in the email. (Non of the Offers they had appealed to me so I didn't sign up for any). Anyway I made pay out and when I requested payment I got the notice that I had not signed up for any offers thus until I had signed up for 18 offers I would not get paid. They say that is in the terms and might very well be. so I quit the program.
